You will be responsible for filing the court documents and responding to any inquiries the Court may have regarding your application. You will be required to pay the filing fee in the Supreme Court for a probate application is $793 or $144.70 where there is a valid concession.

Any additional assistance if requested will be charged at an hourly rate.
